Institute of Endurance Science and Technology

Who are we?

Community

We are a community of 2000+ Endurance Athletes who loves running, cycling, swimming and hiking. Everyone is welcome to be a curator and lead a local group/ theme group.

Science & Technology

We extensively apply statistical models and data visualizations to track one's training progress. We firmly belive in Run Slow to Run Fast, and prioritize lifelong training continuity over absolute performance. We organize study groups of exercise science.

Enablement

We work with race organizer to improve runner experience, by marking/ marshaling/ CP management. We work with brands to find the market fit for their products. We work with curators to engage with their audience.

10 Hour Challenge (10H)

Imagine repeating a 5K-10K lap for 10 hours. How many can you do? The 10H series taking place every quarter not only challenges one's base capacity, but also challenges one to think rationally & strategically about the target. Find out more at 10H Challenge.

Workshops

We organize themed workshops (online & outdoor), including Strava data analysis, trekking poles techniques, downhill techniques and race exeprience from elite runners. Connect with us to receive the event information in the future.

PhotoCast

The runners-for-runners solution of live photo casting. We know how rewarding it is when the hard moments are captured by camera. It keeps reminding us how stubborn we have been and the memories reassure us nothing is difficult going forward. Race organizers and photographers are welcome to shoot us a message for collaboration. Runners please find our latest collection of photos at PhotoCast.
